HCC Mini Offset Reverse Flow Smoker
Product Description
The latest buzz in the BBQ world is the Huntingdon County Customs "World Record Holding" Mini Reverse Flow! Designed for detail and function, precision cut, expertly welded, hand assembled... this outdoes every other BBQ on the market!
First look at this grill it's obvious it is a stick burning offset but a further look reveals the exhaust is on the same side as the fire box. Could the builder have made a mistake? Open the main chamber door to reveal 2 custom cut stainless steel grates with a combined cook space of 6" x 13". Lift the grates to find an expertly welded thermal baffle to evenly carry the heat and exhaust smoke to the far end of the chamber before allowing the smoke to lightly caress the meat smoking above. Also you see the grease drain and working ball valve just like the big boys. Close the lid and you can see everything was thought of with hand made barrel hinges, lid stop, door trim, thermometer mount, handles, fenders, and more! This little smoker even has working stainless steel custom wheels.
The operation of this little wonder couldn't be easier! Just load your favorite smoking woods inside, you can also use natural lump charcoal. Then use a propane torch or electric starter from the rear door (not provided) to easily start the mini fire. Once the fire is going on it's own, allow the chamber to preheat to the desired temp and cook your meal, just like the big boys!
Now you may be asking yourself, just what can I make in such a small cooker? Well we here at Huntingdon County Customs have cooked everything from a meal of chicken legs to a 1/2 chicken. We have cooked 3 lbs of pulled pork to the "World's Smallest Bacon Explosion". We've roasted garlic and we've slow cooked ribs. It's truly possible to cook anything in this little wonder that the big guys cook. You can even warm your cup of coffee in the morning on top of the firebox!
What do you get with your order? You get the Mini just as you see it in the pictures minus the propane tank and wood (we painted a camp stove size propane tank for display). You get the grates that say "Teeny Weeny" and all the stainless steel accents on the fenders as well as the wheels.
